Foreign country shipments are subject to customs duties and taxes of each country’s laws and are paid by buyer.

Shipping

Product Images and Description

We try to accurately place pictures of the Products. However, its dependents on your computer monitor or phone of the color, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate. Items could appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

Packages

You are responsible for inspecting all Products you receive from us for any damage or other issues upon delivery.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Rinat USA will accept returns/exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

The item(s) must meet the return conditions: • Unwashed • Unworn • Original tags attached • In the original packaging

And not personalized or customized.

Shipping fees on the original order will not be refunded. Additional information can be found at https://rinatsoccer.com/pages/return-policy PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMIZED GLOVES OR JERSEYS CANNOT BE RETURNED NO EXCEPTIONS.

Warranty Information

Rinat products are made with the highest quality materials in our own factory in Leon Mexico since 1986. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect (stitching issues, defect on materials), we will repair the product free of charge or replace with a product of equal value and similar style. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER WEAR AND TEAR, or any damages that could occur from misuse. Also, any effort to repair or alter the product in any way voids warranty. What is normal Wear and Tear? Misuse, Improper care, or negligence will damage your glove and are not covered under warranty.

Palms on all goalkeeper gloves are not warrantied. Depending on use, foams can be ruined on the first use if the keeper falls on their hand, etc.

If you have a claim on foam issue, please email to contact@rinatsoccer.com or Text/WhatsApp to (725) 300-8877 make sure to attach photos of the front and back of your glove. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
