RETURN POLICY

Geko sports was founded in 1986 we are the only Soccer Goalkeeper company that manufactures its gloves in house in our plant in Leon Mexico under the original founders’ eyes for technology, materials, design and quality hand made manufacturing.

• Our commitment to you is to provide you with the best Goalkeeper gloves and apparel products and experience.
• Our mission is to be the best goalkeeper brand in the world!
• Rinat is the Goalkeeper brand made by Goalkeepers.

If for some reason you did not like or the incorrect size, you may return unless it was personalized is within 30 days of purchase; and in its original packaging.
The items you are returning must be unused, with original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Customized items are Non-Returnable unless factory defect.

INSPECT YOUR GLOVE or APPAREL WHEN RECEIVED
1. Make sure it the correct size, model and color you ordered.
2. Try on gloves try them on to determine if they fit right.
3. Inspect the gloves for any possible manufacturing defect.
4. Do Not try it out with practice Balls are dirty and abrasive.
5. Gloves that have touched a ball cannot be returned.
6. Please Do Not wear apparel around if it is going to be returned.
7. Items must be in brand new pristine condition and in original packing.
8. Only use them when you determine everything fits as expected.

ELIGIBLE TO RETURNS
A. Must be unused and in the same condition as you have received it.
B. We do not accept items that were Customized No Exceptions.
C. Your item must be in original packaging with tags and labels
D. It must include packing list.
E. Its within 30 Calendar days of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible of paying for your own shipping cost, shipping cost are not refundable.
With the exception of factory defect or received the wrong item.

REFUNDS
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.
• We will notify you if the return was not accepted based on return policy.
• If approved, we will initiate a refund to your Credit card or form of payment.
• Shipping is refunded on manufacturing defective Items.
• Worn, customized or altered: cannot be returned with no exceptions.
